The Ceylon Mediation and Arbitration Centre (CMAC) has been successfully operating for over five years, providing efficient, cost-effective, and independent solutions for the resolution of commercial disputes. CMAC provides a variety of virtual hearing solutions where the affected parties, arbitral committee, representatives, experts witnesses or observers can attend the hearing virtually via Zoom technology without the hassle of travelling to the venue.

    What are your opening time?

    We are officially open from 9.00am – 5.00pm – Monday to Friday except for Public holidays.


    Can we park at the CMAC?

    We do have limited parking on a first come first served basis.


    Are you Covid-safe?

    We closely follow government guidelines. Our staff sanitize regularly, wear masks in the common areas and adhere to social distancing. Our premises are deep cleaned thrice a week. 


    How can we book an arbitration session?

    By simply contacting the given contact details on the website.


    How much do arbitrations cost?

    The cost of arbitration depends on the jurisdiction and arbitration rules involved. However, these fees are usually less than those that parties would have to pay if they were to pursue court litigation. 


    Can you shred or return documents to us?

    We can arrange secure shedding or the delivery of documents as per your requirement.


    Is it possible to securely store papers at the CMAC prior to, pre or post hearing?

    We have secure storage facilities at the premises.

    All rooms are air-conditioned.
