About Us
The Ceylon Mediation and Arbitration Centre (CMAC) has been successfully operating for over five years, providing efficient, cost-effective, and independent solutions for the resolution of commercial disputes. Since our establishment in 2019, we have remained committed to helping businesses, legal professionals, and individuals overcome barriers at any stage of a dispute through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods.
At CMAC, we offer a neutral and independent venue for mediation, arbitration, and other forms of ADR, specializing in resolving complex business and legal disputes. Our focus is on delivering customized services that meet the unique needs of our clients, whether through in-person, virtual, or hybrid solutions. With the latest technology, first- class facilities, and a team of highly skilled mediators and arbitrators, we ensure a seamless and effective dispute resolution process.
In response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and the evolving business environment, CMAC has expanded its reach across Sri Lanka, offering services in locations throughout the country. By utilizing schools, temples, and church halls, we make the dispute resolution process more accessible and convenient, enabling clients to participate via hybrid, virtual, or in-person formats.
As we continue to grow and evolve, CMAC remains steadfast in our mission to provide impartial, efficient, and reliable dispute resolution services. We take pride in our dedication to resolving disputes fairly and effectively, and we remain committed to delivering exceptional client service as we look ahead to many more years of success in the industry.
